This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients while leading and developing junior team members.The RoleAs Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to a broad client base. You’ll manage complex cases, provide expert guidance, and contribute to the development of the firm’s tax offering.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and review of complex corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with legislation and accuracy in all submissions.
  • Lead and contribute to tax advisory projects, offering strategic solutions to clients on a range of corporate tax matters.
  • Support business development initiatives, including contributing to thought leadership pieces, engaging with prospective clients, and collaborating with marketing teams.
  • Deliver in-house training sessions on corporate tax developments to enhance team knowledge.
  • Manage, mentor, and support junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value and broaden services.
To be considered for the role of Corporate Tax Manager, you will be:
  • CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in corporate tax within an accountancy practice.
  • Have excellent project management skills and be able to ensure that multiple projects are successfully delivered.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
