About the JobThis role sits within the Financial Planning & Analysis team, working closely with senior stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights. You will be responsible for supporting decision-making processes through budgeting, forecasting, and robust reporting, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties will include:
- Preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for designated business areas, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Producing monthly reports with insightful variance analysis for leadership teams.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to budget holders, offering financial insight and recommendations.
- Partnering with departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Analysing costs and recommending strategies to optimise resources.
- Supporting process improvements and change implementation.
About the Successful ApplicantYou will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with proven experience as a Finance Business Partner. You will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results, consistent career progression, and stability in previous roles. Candidates must be first-class in their field, combining strong analytical capability with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.
