Description
Finance Manager responsibilities:
- Overseeing financial operations and procedures within the organisation.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to the senior management team.
- Developing and implementing effective financial strategies and controls.
- Working closely with the Financial Controller preparing the budgets and forecasts.
- Responsible for preparing the Management Accounts.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Working closely with internal departments to streamline financial processes.
- Facilitating internal and external audits.
- Leading and motivating the finance team to achieve financial goals.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding analytical, strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
