The Opportunity

We’re looking for a confident and technically strong Senior Paraplanner to join the growing team. Working closely with a number of Chartered Advisers, you’ll play a key role in the advice process—researching complex cases, preparing detailed reports, and contributing to strategy discussions.

This is an ideal role for a Diploma-qualified (ideally Chartered or working towards) Paraplanner who thrives in a high-quality, client-focused environment. You’ll have a voice in shaping our clients advice process and mentoring junior team members as they expand.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct detailed technical research across pensions, investments, tax and estate planning
  • Write clear, compliant suitability reports for HNW individuals and business owners
  • Collaborate closely with Advisers on client strategies and annual reviews
  • Maintain accurate records using Intelligent Office (iO)
  • Provide quality oversight and guidance to junior Paraplanners/Administrators
  • Stay up to date with legislation, regulatory changes, and market developments

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
  • Progress toward Chartered status is highly desirable
  • Ideally holding 5 years’ experience in a Paraplanning role
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax wrappers, and trusts
  • Experience using iO or similar back-office systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for financial planning
