A well-respected primary school in Oxford, recently rated 'Good' by Ofsted, is looking to welcome a dedicated Year 1 Class Teacher to their team from January 2026. This two-form entry school fosters a collaborative approach to teaching, providing excellent opportunities to share planning and responsibilities with a parallel Year 1 teacher.

We are looking for a teacher who:

  Inspires curiosity and a love of learning in young children
  * Understands how to support individual progress through thoughtful target setting
  * Models positive behaviour and attitudes both in and out of the classroom
  * Has strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  * Works well within a team, contributing to a consistent and engaging learning experience across the year group
