Estimating Technician - Highways & Civil Engineering

Are you an experienced estimator looking to make a real impact on local infrastructure projects? We're hiring for an Estimating Technician to join a high-performing highways and engineering team delivering public sector and external works.

In this role, you'll lead on developing cost estimates for highways, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects-working from first principles, managing tenders, and advising on technical submissions. You'll liaise with clients, manage subcontractor pricing, and support junior staff, all while ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in your estimates.

What you'll bring:
- Background in civil engineering or quantity surveying (Level 4 or higher)
- Strong estimating and highways/civils experience
- Solid communication, numeracy, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with site visits and tender processes
- UK driving licence
