Description
As a HR Generalist you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports.
Profile
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in HR generalist roles, preferably in a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
