An exciting opportunity has exploded working for a Tier 1 contractor in Oxfordshire as an M&E Quantity Surveyor on a freelance basis on a 6-12 month contract

This contractor has a successful track record on long term and large scale projects. This project in particular being 70m

M&E Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

• Preparing order of cost estimates
• Deal with subcontract enquiries and tender reviews.
• Manage valuations, project cash-flows, and turnover forecasts, including monthly cost reports and progress records.
• Drive commercial initiatives, producing margin improvement plans
• Cost Planning
• Final account settling

M&E Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

• Clear understanding of all main forms of contract JCT, NEC etc
• Technical understanding of MEPH services, components that make up individual systems and how
  packages are broken out and the interfaces.
