Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 per annum

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous Primary Care Paramedic to join our team at a GP surgery in Reading. This permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients within the GP surgery.
• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for minor illnesses.
• Work autonomously while collaborating with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the EMIS system.
• Provide health education and advice to patients and their families.

Requirements:

• Qualified Paramedic with Level 7 Minor Illness and Level 1 First Contact Practitioner certifications.
• Proven experience in primary care settings.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
