Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver comprehensive Physics lessons that engage and stretch students of all abilities.

• Develop and implement a curriculum that supports critical thinking and real-world application of physics principles.

• Supervise and lead practical experiments to enhance experiential learning.

• Provide detailed and constructive assessment and feedback to promote student progression.

• Participate fully in the life of the school including extracurricular and enrichment activities.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess:

• Proven experience teaching Physics at a high level, ideally within an independent or grammar school setting.

• Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to inspire a passion for Physics.

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with students and colleagues.

• Enthusiasm for contributing beyond the classroom to the wider academic and pastoral community.

• A current enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
