Job Title: Product Delivery Lead - Workplace Productivity & Collaboration (Drive Innovation with M365 & Power Platform)

Location: Oxfordshire

Contract Details: Permanent, Full time, Monday-Friday

Hybrid working: 2 days per week on-site

Salary: 58,000 - 62,000 per year + excellent benefits package including 20.7% employer pension contribution

Working closely with the Product Owner, you'll help define, develop and deliver the product roadmap-making a tangible impact across the business.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Solid experience in IT environments with an understanding of various applications and technical capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft's M365 platform and workflow tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps in the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience managing M365, including services such as SharePoint, Exchange, MS Teams, and/or other collaboration solution delivery tools.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and lean methodologies and their application in a technology environment.
  • Proven experience in product/platform management and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to leverage cloud technologies to deliver effective applications and solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and Technical Lead to create a delivery roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs.
  • Own and manage the delivery of product features against the established roadmap.
  • Provide consistent updates to stakeholders regarding product development processes, costs, and budgets.
  • Guide the delivery team to ensure a clear understanding of product purpose and features.
  • Manage operational aspects of the product delivery team, ensuring compliance with financial, legal, and security requirements.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Foster a metrics-focused approach to performance reporting and objective definition.
  • Empower and coach delivery teams to maximise value realisation.
