Looking for flexible work in education? We’re currently supporting a well-regarded secondary school in Oxford in their search for General Cover Teachers to join them on a daily or long-term supply basis.
This is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to experience different subjects and year groups in a supportive school environment.
The School:

Large, mixed comprehensive school with strong behaviour policies

Supportive cover manager and SLT

Welcoming staff community and excellent CPD
The Role:

Delivering pre-set lessons across various subjects

Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment

Providing feedback to the relevant subject teachers
The Ideal Candidate:

UK QTS or equivalent, or strong unqualified teachers with classroom experience

Adaptable, reliable, and confident across KS3 and KS4

A positive, professional approach to flexible teaching
