Hello All,
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our team, supporting patients with mental health conditions.
As a Mental Health HCA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, ensuring patient safety, dignity, and wellbeing. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting Registered Mental Health Nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and emotional support to patients.

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and meal support.

Promote independence, dignity, and respect for all service users.

Support patients in managing challenging behaviours in line with care plans.

Accurately document observations and report any concerns to senior staff.

Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for both patients and staff.
Requirements
-
Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or similar role - minimum 6 months experience.

PMVA (Mandatory).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach.
