About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this role you will work closely with students who require additional support to access their learning and thrive in a classroom environment. You will play a vital role helping to deliver personalised support, both academically and emotionally, ensuring that students feel understoon, empowered and ready to succeed.
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience supporting individuals with SEND.
- An Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to complete one)
- Relevant qualifications or traiing in SEND Support (Desirable)
- Excellent communication sklls and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
