About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, sensory processing needs, and learning disabilities. Your role will involve:
Supporting individual students or small groups with learning and personal development.
Assisting with classroom activities and tailored interventions.
Promoting a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Encouraging independence and confidence in every child.

Experienced in supporting children or young people with SEN (in school or community settings).
