About the Role:

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a dedicated Interim HR Administrator to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing essential support across various HR functions. If you are organised, proactive, and have a passion for HR, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to HR Inbox queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Create and maintain employee files and digital records.
  • Administer employee lifecycle changes including promotions, salary reviews, and changes to terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and issue employee correspondence such as change letters, employment confirmation letters, reference letters, and offboarding letters.
  • Update and maintain information on the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Support activities related to the creation, update, and compilation of people data and reports.
  • Assist with the administration of family-friendly leave policies, annual leave, and time-off policies in line with company policies.
  • Provide support for payroll administration and benefits administration activities.
  • Offer advice and support in response to basic people queries from team members.
  • Assist with People projects and policy reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

To be considered, you will be available at short notice, and be able to commute to Oxford on a daily basis (free parking available) whilst becoming established, with this dropping down to one day per week in the office after some time.
