An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated HR professional to join our clients team based in Oxfordshire. This role is to join a thriving secondary school, managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to take the next step in their career.
You will be tasked with developing the HR Team at the academy and aligning all HR processes with Trust policy and statutory guidelines, directly reporting into the Head of HR.
What skills/experience are required?
- It is essential to have proven and demonstrable experience working within the Education sector in a HR capacity
- Previous experience in managing complex employee relations cases
- Excellent and high organisational and communication skills
- Be confident with building strong working relationships
- Existing HR Business Partner or an aspiring HR professional ready to take the next step within their career
- A strong and thorough understanding of working within the education HR legislation and best practice
This position is within a fast paced and rewarding environment that involves a variety of duties. You must be a multi-tasker and be able to prioritise your workload accordingly.

Salary: 44,000 - 47,000 FTE
Contract: Permanent, Full-time. Term time hours (Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30pm)
