Description
The Senior HR Officer will:
- Manage and oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
- Support Deputy Head of HR and Head of HR on a variety of upcoming improvement projects.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR systems.
- Management of an HR Officer, proving guidance and supporting their further development.
- Coordinate training and development programmes for staff members.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Profile
A successful Senior HR Officer should have:
- Proven experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Examples of support & HR Advice provided in previous roles.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and managing employee data.
- Natural proactivity.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
- An ability to build strong connections and earn trust.
