IT Business Support Analyst – Contract Opportunity (Oxford | Hybrid)

Rate: £350–£400 per day (Inside IR35)

Length: 3 Months

Location: Oxford (1 day per week in office)

Are you an experienced IT Business Support Analyst with a strong background in supporting local authority systems? We're looking for someone to hit the ground running in a contract role supporting a major client in Oxford.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing hands-on business support for core systems, with a key focus on EHM (Early Help Module) and LCS (Liquidlogic Children's System).
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide system guidance.
• Supporting the wider IT function and ensuring smooth operations of business-critical applications.
• Contributing to documentation, training, and process improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience with EHM and LCS is essential.
• Background in Local Authority Support (LAS) is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment.

• Rate: £350 to £400/day (DOE)
• Hybrid Working: 1 day a week onsite in Oxford
• Duration: 3 months with potential for extension
