Quality Manager

Are you passionate about food safety, quality and making a difference in the products that reach customers every day? This is a great opportunity to join a major food manufacturer and take the lead on all things quality and compliance in a busy, fast paced site.

As the Quality Manager, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of food safety, legal compliance and quality. You'll work hand-in-hand with production, suppliers and customers to keep things running smoothly, from raw material checks to finished product audits.

You'll also have the chance to:

• Strengthen and develop site-wide Quality Management Systems

• Lead audits and champion a culture of food safety and continuous improvement

• Ensure smooth compliance with BRC, MSC, ASC and other key standards

• Oversee testing, traceability, labelling and allergen management

• Coach and support colleagues to embed best practice

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a technical/quality leadership role in food manufacturing (high-risk or chilled foods an advantage)

• Understands QMS, food safety legislation and audit requirements

• Brings excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a hands-on approach

• Holds (or is working towards) HACCP Level 3 and Internal/Lead Auditor qualifications

• Can bring energy, drive and a collaborative mindset to a site-based role
