EHM/LCS SYSTEMS SPECIALIST (BUSINESS ANALYST)

Salary: £350 - £400 per day (Inside IR35)

Overview

Our client, a local authority in Oxfordshire, is seeking an interim EHM/LCS Systems Specialist (Business Analyst) to provide expert support on their social care systems. This is a hybrid role requiring one day onsite per week, with a focus on configuration, administration and user support.

Contract Details
  • Duration: 3 months (with potential extension)
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Location: Oxfordshire - Hybrid working (1 day onsite weekly)
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver day-to-day system and user support across EHM and LCS platforms
  • Support configuration, testing and troubleshooting of system issues
  • Assist with process mapping, requirements gathering and documentation
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure effective use of systems
  • Provide training and guidance to users as required
Essential Requirements
  • Strong experience in system and user administration
  • Previous experience supporting EHM/LCS systems (LAS experience preferred)
  • Ability to work confidently with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills
