- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing commercial clients
- Develop a deep understanding of your clients’ businesses and insurance needs
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and wider team to meet business goals
- Identify opportunities through networking, marketing, community engagement, and industry events
- Deliver a high standard of consultative service, offering tailored advice and risk solutions
- Experienced in B2B relationship management or general sales
- Confident in both developing new business and nurturing existing accounts
- Driven, tenacious, and curious – always looking for the right solutions for your clients
- A great listener with strong consultative selling skills
- Keen to build a long-term career in commercial insurance and willing to work towards professional qualifications
- £26,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
- Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
- 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service
