Insurance Sales Representative£26,000 - £35,000 | Oxford, Office Based | Permanent A well-known and respected insurance organisation is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join its thriving Oxford team.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a business with a strong national presence and a reputation for delivering first-class insurance solutions to a diverse commercial client base. You’ll play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of SME and corporate clients, combining account management with proactive new business development.The Role:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing commercial clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of your clients’ businesses and insurance needs
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager and wider team to meet business goals
  • Identify opportunities through networking, marketing, community engagement, and industry events
  • Deliver a high standard of consultative service, offering tailored advice and risk solutions
About You:
  • Experienced in B2B relationship management or general sales
  • Confident in both developing new business and nurturing existing accounts
  • Driven, tenacious, and curious – always looking for the right solutions for your clients
  • A great listener with strong consultative selling skills
  • Keen to build a long-term career in commercial insurance and willing to work towards professional qualifications
Package:
  • £26,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
  • Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
  • 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service
  • Life assurance (up to 4x salary) and income protection
