Neighbourhood Officer - Oxford
Location: Oxford
Contract: Until March 2026
Pay Rate: 23.35 per hour
We're currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Officer to join a dynamic team in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about community engagement and tenancy management, with a strong focus on collaborative working and service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting customer visits including sign-ups and welfare checks
- Investigating anti-social behaviour (ASB) and tenancy breaches
- Managing estates to ensure safe and welcoming environments
- Working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to support service development and resolve complex cases

- A proactive and empathetic individual with experience in housing or community roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality services to residents
