Neighbourhood Officer - Oxford

Location: Oxford
Contract: Until March 2026
Pay Rate: 23.35 per hour

We're currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Officer to join a dynamic team in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about community engagement and tenancy management, with a strong focus on collaborative working and service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting customer visits including sign-ups and welfare checks
  • Investigating anti-social behaviour (ASB) and tenancy breaches
  • Managing estates to ensure safe and welcoming environments
  • Working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to support service development and resolve complex cases
