The corporate team at this firm deal with a range of matters including M&A, corporate restructuring, corporate finance and corporate governance for clients operating in a diverse range of sectors.
Due to the reputation of the firm they are regularly trusted partners in dealing with high value big ticket work for clients, including matters involving an international element.
In exchange for your work you will be rewarded with a good benefits package including a salary towards the top end of market rate for the Oxford area. In addition to this the firm has 2 different bonus schemes as well as other perks.
This firm appreciates that not everyone is able to do 9-5pm Monday - Friday in the office and they will be as flexible as they can to work around peoples needs.
