We are looking for an experienced Post Completions Assistant to support our clients busy Property Department based in either Banbury, Leamington or Coventry.
You will handle all matters from completion through to file closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients and fee earners.
Key Responsibilities
. Managing post-completion work, registrations and requisitions
. Updating LMS and Lender Exchange
. Preparing files for closure and archiving
. Handling dictation, scanning and general administration
. Managing client and office ledgers
. Using the firm's case management system
. Supporting fee earners and attending team meetings
About You
. Minimum 12 months' post-completion experience in Residential Conveyancing
. Strong understanding of the conveyancing and Land Registry process
. Familiar with office copies, LMS, Lender Exchange and Land Registry portal
. Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
. Confident with Microsoft Word, Outlook and case management systems (Tikit beneficial)
. A team player with great client care skills
. Willing to work from other offices occasionally
