My client based in Oxford are currently recruiting for a temporary administrator on a full-time basis to join the team for 1 – 2 months and support with all administration duties.
- Office based role
- Hours 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
- £13-16 per hour depending on experience
- 2 years experience in an office management or administration role
- Would require own transport due to location
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, managers, and personnel from various departments within the organization.
- Moderate level of proficiency with personal computers.Â
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
- Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.Â
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.Â
