I am working with a leading B2B organisation to recruit a Head of Marketing into their growing team. They are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive market growth and improve lead generation activities. This role will suit a data driven marketer.. you will use data, analytics and regular reporting to optimise performance across all channels and make informed decisions.

The role:

  • Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels.
  • Build a cohesive content, digital growth, and event marketing strategy that increases awareness and supports revenue growth.
  • Customer segmentation and insight-led planning
  • Manage budgets effectively, optimising spends across all channels.
  • Monitor all marketing KPIs using analytics platforms and report performance to senior management.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to anticipate challenges, spot opportunities, and stay ahead of competitors in emerging markets.
  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring performance is tracked and optimised through analytics and testing.
  • Support new product launches and brand initiatives, working closely with Product, Sales, and Digital teams to align marketing strategy to commercial priorities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small marketing team to deliver high-impact results.

The ideal candidate:

  • Strong experience within B2B environments (construction, transport, logistics, industry, or facilities managements).
  • Results-oriented, highly data-driven decision maker
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Track record in lead generation, conversion optimisation, and performance marketing across multiple channels.
  • Strong grasp of CRM, automation, and analytics tools.

Hybrid working - office based 3 days a week.
