As they continue to develop innovative equipment, they are constantly expanding alongside technological advancements. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the engineering division, whilst being responsible for all aspects of the company's current and new products in development. This role will be based out of their modern purpose-built facility and will be overseeing all design objectives.This role would suit a Design Engineer with a strong understanding of composite materials, who is looking to manage their own team and put their own stamp on the business.The Role:

• Managing and supporting the company's new and existing products in development
• Project management
• Management and overseeing of non-design resources

The Person:

• Strong understanding of composites/composite materials
• Proven experience in a design role
• Experience using CATIA V5
