Principal or Associate Mechanical Engineer - Oxford | Leading MEP Consultancy

Location: Oxford (Hybrid / 9-day fortnight available)

Salary: Dependent on experience/level - £46,000 - £70,000

The Opportunity:

As a senior member of the team, you’ll take a lead role in project delivery across a broad portfolio, developing client relationships and managing multidisciplinary teams. This consultancy is big enough to offer excellent progression, yet small enough to recognise and reward individuals. What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid consultancy experience delivering mechanical services (HVAC etc.)
  • Confident client communicator and team collaborator
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong technical understanding of British Standards
  • Background in science, healthcare or complex building sectors is a plus
  • Ambition, integrity, and a people-first mindset
