We are currently seeking a talented and versatile engineer to join a highly respected building services provider, working on a brand-new, state-of-the-art commercial property in Oxford. Our client is renowned for investing in their engineers through continuous training and development, ensuring they are fully supported in their roles and future career growth.This full-time position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule and involves both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems. The role also includes handling remedial works and on-site emergencies as needed.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance engineer with strong expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems to join a forward-thinking team on a flagship site.Duties:
- PPMs & Reactive maintenance
- FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, Water Treatment and BMS Operation
- Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
- Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
- Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
- Organising subcontractors
- Completing logbooks and RAMS
- Reports
- Permits to work
- Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified in either Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering - City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent)
- Ability to fault find, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- At least 5 years experience prior within commercial maintenance

Salary and Benefits:
- £40,000 - £43,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday, (8am - 5pm)
- 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
