- Leading and overseeing the design and delivery of mechanical or electrical building services projects
- Preparing and reviewing specifications, ensuring they meet legislative and safety standards
- Supervising contractor work on-site, ensuring quality, compliance, and timelines are met
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development
- Attending project meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting fee tenders and contributing to business development initiatives
