On offer is a highly autonomous role where you will be responsible for providing high level technical support from initial specification to project delivery, including health and safety, accreditation, and more. You will manage a team of both direct and indirect reports, and be part of the key decision making process within the business.
This role would suit Manager or similar from an Electrical Engineer background, such as industrial electrical, UPS, switchgears, battery products or similar, who is looking for a highly autonomous role where you can mould a team and play a pivotal role in the future development of the organisation.
The Role:
* Home-based, with regular visits to offices in Gloucestershire and Hertfordshire, with occasional site visits
* Leading a team of 4 direct reports and involved in management of indirect reports
* Supporting high level technical issues throughout entire project lifecycle
The Person:
* Management background or similar
* Electrical engineering background or similar (UPS/ Switchgear/ Battery products)
* Full UK Driver's license
