We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the smooth running of academic programmes based in Oxford. This varied role covers general administration, finance, HR, and event coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility and thrives in a small yet busy, people-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors
  • Overseeing office administration, enquiries, and correspondence
  • Supporting student admissions, arrivals, and orientation activities
  • Coordinating events, room bookings, and catering arrangements
  • Maintaining records, databases, and programme handbooks
  • Processing invoices, payroll, expenses, and financial reporting
  • Assisting with HR administration, recruitment, and compliance
  • Providing occasional support across facilities and emergencies

About you:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Confident handling finance and HR processes (training provided where needed)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Flexible, with a willingness to support events outside core hours on occasion
