Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to develop your skills in a dynamic environment? Our Client is seeking an Office Manager to join their team. This wide-ranging role offers the opportunity to utilise and enhance your skills across various areas, including Facilities, Diary Management, Recruitment, Business Operations, PA to Partner, Marketing, and Accounting if you have the experience (if you don't you have the opportunity to develop your skills!)

About the Role

As Office Manager, you will be the central pillar of the office operations, ensuring that day-to-day activities run efficiently. Your responsibilities will include reception duties, overseeing administrative processes, managing office supplies and facilities, supporting staff, and acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Oversee utility suppliers and contracts, manage office supplies, and ensure the office is stocked with refreshments, stationery, and toiletries.
  • Diary Management: Coordinate team calendars, book appointments, manage Zoom and in-person meetings, and handle birthday and team event management.
  • Recruitment Responsibilities: Write job descriptions, liaise with recruitment agents, organise interviews, create employment contracts, and manage onboarding tasks.
  • Business Operations & Admin: Assist with onboarding new software, write new processes and workflows, manage client communications, handle debt collection, and support IT issues.
  • Accounting (depending on background): Send Self-Assessment and Year End reminders and potentially assist with payroll and VAT bookkeeping.
  • PA to Partner: Support the partner with admin and diary requests.
  • Marketing: Assist with content creation, maintain email subscriber lists, and procure marketing assets.

About You:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
