Chargeback & Disputes Specialist

Rate: 14 per hour
About the role
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Chargeback & Disputes Specialist. This is a hybrid role based in Oxford, offering the opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive team.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer chargebacks and payment disputes
- Liaise with payment processors, cardholders, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution
- Apply relevant bank and card network regulations throughout the dispute process
- Accurately record and maintain case data within the management system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
About you
- Minimum 1 year's experience in managing chargebacks or payment disputes
- Background supporting merchants or payment operations preferred
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
