This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced biotech company advancing antibody therapeutics through its proprietary Modular Antibody Technology, with a focus on immuno-oncology.

Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join their Protein Sciences team. The successful candidate will play a key laboratory-based role, responsible for protein purification and routine characterisation, including filtration and sterility testing of antigens and antibody fragments.

Qualifications & Experience

BSc or MSc in a life sciences discipline with a strong track record of hands-on laboratory experience

Experience in protein purification using AKTA systems, including techniques such as affinity chromatography (such as IMAC) and ion exchange chromatography

Skilled in protein characterisation methods, including HPLC, SDS-PAGE, and endotoxin level testing

Experience in downstream processing, including filtration and sterility testing

Familiarity with protein expression using mammalian cell systems

Basic understanding of the principles and processes involved in therapeutic antibody development is desirable
