Are you passionate about supporting young people's mental health and emotional wellbeing? We're looking for a caring, resilient, and proactive Mental Health Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary school in Reading.

About the Role:You'll work closely with students aged 11-16 who face social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Your role will involve supporting students in class, mentoring one-to-one, and helping them develop the confidence, resilience, and coping skills they need to thrive both in and out of school.

What You'll Be Doing:? Providing one-to-one and small group support focused on emotional regulation and mental wellbeing? Assisting with classroom learning, behaviour management and pastoral care? Building trusting, positive relationships with students and acting as a role model? Working alongside teachers, pastoral leads and therapeutic staff to deliver tailored support
