Sonic Summary

We are seeking an Electrician for EICR's, repairs, and maintenance in social housing around the Oxford area.
The position starts temporarily at £23 per hour, which equates to an annual salary of £38,000, with the potential for a permanent role at £40,000 after probation.
Candidates must have experience in electrical testing and working on social housing contracts, along with a full UK driving license and a clear criminal record.
Applicants should possess an 18th edition and 2391 or equivalent qualification and be able to complete three tests a day, including fault finding and fixing urgent C1 and C2 faults.

We are currently looking for an Electrician to work around the Oxford area on EICR's, repairs and maintenance within social housing. This role will start temporary at 23p/h with the opportunity to go on the books

The Electrical Tester will have to complete 3 tests a day using their skillset and they will be responsible for:

Completing EICR tests of full property's
Signing off electrical tests
Fault finding and fixing urgent C1 and C2 faults
Communicating and liaising with tenants
Travelling to different sites to conduct electrical tests

I am looking to speak to a Electrical Tester who:

Has experience doing electrical testing
Has experience working on social housing contracts
Has a full UK driving license
Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)
Have a 18th edition and 2391 or equivalent

In return, the Electrical Tester will receive:

23 per hour - 38,000 annually
Company van and fuel card
Permanent position on offer after 12 weeks with salary 40,000 after probation
