The Technical Coordinator will be joining to work on a large scale scheme and will be working as part of a strong project team to deliver the project to programme. Location: Oxford
Salary - £50k - £65k + Package
- Coordinate Technical and Design processes, design teams and subcontractors throughout detail design, procurement and construction, monitoring progress to ensure delivery on time and in budget.
- Technical design coordination of schemes, ensuring that the maximum revenue is generated by the quality, cost effectiveness and buildability of the design.
- Assisting Technical Managers with reviewing of consultant’s detail design drawings and subcontractor designs.
- Coordinating consultants and their deliverables driving a high standard.
- Ensuring that designs comply with Company’s standards.
- Promoting design that respects budgetary constraints.
