Salary up to 65,000 + 6000 Car Allowance + 25 Days Holiday + Pension
Blaymires Recruitment is working in partnership with a prestigious high-end residential contractor who is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor for a 5M manor house refurbishment project near Oxford.
The company is highly regarded for delivering Grade II Listed refurbishments, luxurynew builds, and bespoke residential schemes across the South of England.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a landmark property, managing the commercial delivery of a high-spec, heritage restoration from site.
Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience working on high-end residential or listed building refurbishments. (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of traditional building methods and materials.
- Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and confidently on site.
