My client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.
Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of Oxford City Centre.
The role requires experience working on projects valued between £1 million and £10 million.
A degree in Quantity Surveying is necessary, along with familiarity with JCT and NEC contract forms.

YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF OXFORD CITY CENTRE

Experience of workingon projects up to 1m-10m
Competent with the JCT suite of contracts & workable knowledge of NEC contract forms
Experience in high end or super prime residential buildings
Experience of listed buildings or conservation or heritage projects
Had exposure to or led two stage procurement routes
Ideally experienced in both JCT & NEC forms of contract
Degree in Quantity Surveying
