An industry-leading, multidisciplinary construction consultancy is looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join their thriving Oxford office. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of major healthcare and education projects across Oxfordshire and the South East, working with a respected team known for delivering complex schemes with precision and care.

This consultancy has built an outstanding reputation across the UK for delivering exceptional results within Project Management, Cost Consultancy, and Building Surveying. Their portfolio includes projects for the NHS, major universities, local councils, and private developers, often leading landmark regeneration and healthcare improvement programmes.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple healthcare and education projects, typically ranging from £1 million to £150 million. You’ll be client-facing and hands-on, managing the full lifecycle of each project from inception and business case development through to handover and post-occupancy.

You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and help strengthen client relationships in the region as part of the firm’s long-term growth strategy.

• Deliver complex projects across healthcare, education, and local government sectors
• Manage projects from feasibility through design, procurement, and construction
• Lead stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
• Oversee contract administration using NEC and JCT forms
• Support business development and client retention activities
• Mentor assistant and graduate project managers

You’ll ideally bring:

• A degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction discipline
• 3–6 years of experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
• Strong experience within healthcare or education sectors
• Working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
• Confidence leading meetings, managing stakeholders, and delivering projects end-to-end
• Progress towards chartership (RICS / APM) is advantageous

• Be part of an established yet growing Oxford office with clear progression to Senior PM or Associate
