The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of projects from early feasibility through to final account. You will work closely with project teams to ensure cost control, strong reporting, and the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all QS duties across allocated projects

  • Preparing cost plans, valuations, and variations

  • Procurement of subcontractors and materials

  • Monitoring project finances and advising on cost risks

  • Managing interim payments and final accounts

  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

About You

  • Experience working for a main contractor (essential)

  • Strong knowledge of standard construction contracts

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field
