Lettings Negotiator – Oxford City Centre
Basic Salary: £23,000
On-Target Earnings: £30,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
About the RoleWe’re looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Oxford City Centre office. This is an excellent full-time opportunity for someone with at least 12 months’ property experience eager to grow their career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You’ll enjoy ongoing training, work towards your ARLA Propertymark qualification, and benefit from strong career progression within one of the UK’s most respected estate agency brands.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
- Negotiate rental agreements between landlords and tenants
- Meet and exceed individual performance targets
- Handle enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and applicants
- Support market appraisals and maximise new business opportunities
- Operate within lettings legislation and Housing Act guidelines
- Minimum 12 months’ residential lettings experience
- Strong organisational and IT skills (including Excel and diary management)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Oxford area is a strong advantage
- Full UK driving licence essential
