Maths Teacher, Oxford
We are actively recruiting an enthusiastic and skilled Maths Teacher with UK recognised QTS based in Oxfordshire.
A welcoming and diverse secondary school in Oxfordshire are looking for a full time Maths teacher to join their school in September 2025. This is a long term placement and as a newly appointed teacher you will be fully supported by the Maths department; As part of this role will teach up to GCSE level and be responsible for participating in team planning.
Daily rate of pay will start at 145 and can increase to 190, for more experienced teachers with UK recognised Qualified Teaching Status.
UK qualified teacher status (QTS) is essential for this role.
Job responsibilities:
- Planning/Teaching all lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Creating a positive environment and managing behaviour within the classroom
- Providing leadership for the classroom assistant to provide the best support for all pupils
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status recognised in the UK
- Full time availability
- Specialism or experience teaching Maths
