Job Title: Domiciliary Support Worker

Employment Type: Bank (Casual) Work - Full Time or Part Time
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
About the Role:
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Support Workers to provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, and complex care requirements in their own homes across Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Support service users with daily living activities, promoting independence and wellbeing
- Build trusting and respectful relationships with service users
- Follow care plans and report any changes in health or behaviour promptly
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
About You:
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health, or complex needs is preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with good communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability to work on a bank (casual) basis, including evenings and weekends
- Willing to undertake training and hold relevant qualifications if possible
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an advantage but not essential
