- Work closely with young people to develop and regularly review tailored support plans
- Assist with applications for social and private rented accommodation
- Carry out risk assessments and maintain accurate case records
- Liaise with partner agencies including local authorities, colleges, and support services
- Support clients with benefits, tenancy sustainment and community integration
- Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns as per procedures
- Manage a caseload autonomously across dispersed housing locations
- Strong understanding of housing systems and tenancy support
- Experience creating support plans and completing risk assessments
- Confident in lone working and delivering outreach support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
- Beneficial but not essential: language skills in Arabic, Pashtu, Kurdish or Tigrinya
