Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to provide a comprehensive range of occupational health services to support employee health, wellbeing, and productivity in the workplace.

The role involves case management, fitness-for-work assessments, health surveillance, vaccinations, and phlebotomy. The successful candidate will provide evidence-based advice and guidance, working both independently and as part of a wider clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver case management and provide return-to-work advice
  • Undertake fitness-for-work medicals and health surveillance
  • Administer vaccinations and perform phlebotomy
  • Promote workplace health and wellbeing
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in line with GDPR
  • Work in accordance with the NMC Code and professional standards

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with an Occupational Health qualification (Diploma or Degree)
  • Proven experience in an occupational health setting
  • Competent in delivering health surveillance and clinical procedures
  • Confident in case management and providing written clinical advice
  • Strong IT and communication skills
