Lead from the front in delivering exceptional tenancy and leasehold services. Our client, an excellent Housing Association, has approached us to recruit for inspiring Head of Housing to shape housing management strategy across a diverse and dispersed portfolio.

As a key member of the senior management team, you’ll be the driving force behind service excellence — ensuring regulatory compliance, maximising rental income, reducing voids, and fostering tenant engagement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading tenancy and leasehold management across multiple regions to meet regulatory standards.
  • Developing and delivering housing policies, strategies, and procedures.
  • Overseeing rental income performance, arrears recovery, and void turnaround.
  • Managing anti-social behaviour cases, harassment, and complex disputes.
  • Ensuring compliance with housing and leasehold legislation.
  • Leading on customer engagement, consultation, and service improvement projects.
  • Negotiating and managing agreements with partner agencies.
  • Managing service charge processes in partnership with finance teams.

What we’re looking for:

  • Senior-level experience in tenancy and leasehold management.
  • Deep knowledge of housing legislation, regulatory requirements, and best practice.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Proven ability to influence strategy and manage change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with diverse customer groups, including those with additional needs.
  • Track record of delivering results in a target-driven environment.
