The Role:

Provide tailored 1:1 support to a Year 5 pupil with behavioural needs.

Work closely with class teachers, SENCo, and support teams to create a safe, structured, and positive environment.

Use positive behaviour strategies, restorative approaches, and personalised interventions to help the child thrive.

Model the school's core values: Tolerance, Respect, Community, Kindness, Democracy, and Inspiration.

Experienced in supporting children with social, emotional, or behavioural needs.
